Our E-Bill system gives Central Georgia EMC customers the ability to instantly view information about your current bill, bill payment history, electricity usage and monthly cost comparisons as well as to make payments. E-Bill eliminates the need for excess paper in your life and in the environment.

How does E-Bill work? Why use E-Bill?
  • You first need to have Internet access and an e-mail account.
  • Each month, we will e-mail you a notification that your bill is ready.
  • This notification will have a link to your current month bill.
  • You'll have access to your billing history, payment history and monthly cost comparisons.

  • You can also pay your bill online!  (All payments made online are processed by SEDC.) Better yet, sign up for automatic draft have your monthly bill pulled from your credit card, checking or savings account.
  • If you would like a hardcopy of your bill just print it out directly from your computer.
  • Then, just note the bill amount for your records. Central Georgia EMC does the rest -- it's that easy!
  • You have instant access to your Central Georgia EMC account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Any time you need a record of your bill, you simply print out the information you need.
  • Statements are available online for 6 months and 24 months of KwH usage history is also available.
  • E-Bill gives you all the information you received with the paper billing PLUS your billing and payment history, your kilowatt-hour usage history and monthly cost comparisons.
  • You'll be notified by e-mail when your current bill amount is due each month.
  • You can electronically pay your bill online.
  • For our customers who pay their bill by Automatic Draft or Automatic Credit Card Payment, E-Bill eliminates the paper billing you receive and gives you the same information via the Internet!

Will I still get my News and Views Newsletter if I don’t get a paper bill?

Yes. A separate email from Central Georgia EMC will come to you around the beginning of each month that contains the News & Views Newsletter.
