We want to ensure our customer-owners feel good about the services we provide. Central Georgia Electric Membership Corporation uses the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) to measure our effectiveness in serving customer-owners. The ACSI is a nationally recognized measurement tool that takes feedback from customers and uses that data to develop an overall satisfaction score.
