Customer Satisfaction is Our Goal

In the 1st quarter of 2018, CGEMC scored 85 out of 100 in overall satisfaction on the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). Central Georgia Electric Membership Corporation uses the ACSI to measure our effectiveness in serving customer-owners. The ACSI is a nationally recognized measurement tool that takes feedback from customers and uses that data to develop an overall satisfaction score. The score is compared to similar organizations across the nation to gauge performance.
