Central Georgia EMC is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors elected by its member-owners. 

Each director represents one of the counties within the cooperative’s service area, helping guide decisions that impact local communities. The Board is responsible for setting strategic policies, providing oversight of operations, and ensuring CGEMC continues to deliver reliable, affordable electric service while staying true to the seven cooperative principles and its core values of community and accountability.
