Central Georgia EMC is proud to partner with Conexon Connect in bringing high-speed affordable internet service to all members. The transformative service became available to members in January of 2022, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. Connect works predominantly with electric cooperatives, building networks using a methodology and architecture that allows the co-ops to leverage their existing infrastructure, thus powering reliable and affordable broadband service for their members. Conexon Connect Transitions To A New Billing System

On 8/1/2024, Conexon Connect will be migrating all customer accounts in Georgia and Colorado to a new billing platform.

 The new platform has several benefits:

  1. Empower members in their installation process with the ability to self-schedule installations
  2. Enhance billing and account management for active customers
  3. Streamline field installation efficiency and create a faster automated end-to-end installation experience from sign-up in an active feeder to the in-home installation.
