These renewable energy options allow members to support alternative energy sources without the cost or maintenance of installing equipment at home. Instead of placing solar panels on your rooftop, you can participate in solar energy that is generated in our region.
Our Green Energy program uses biomass—a renewable resource created from natural materials like wood waste—to generate electricity. By incorporating these renewable sources into our overall power supply, CGEMC can reduce reliance on traditional fuel sources while maintaining the reliability and affordability our members expect.
