Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders, Today
The Georgia Cooperative Youth Leadership Conference is a five-day, immersive leadership experience designed to inspire, educate, and empower high school students across the state. Held annually at the Georgia FFA/FCCLA Center in Covington, this exciting event helps teens strengthen leadership and teamwork skills while discovering the vital role cooperatives play in their local communities.
From dynamic workshops and hands-on activities to inspirational guest speakers and team-building exercises, students leave with enhanced confidence, communication skills, and a deeper understanding of the cooperative business model.
